In Short

• Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to execute Biostatistics strategy.
• Provide statistical inputs into protocol and clinical study report development.
• Oversee and review statistical documents for clinical trials.
• Develop collaborations within clinical teams and partner lines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Plan and communicate statistical analyses and reports.
• Oversee statistics and programming vendors.
• Utilize innovative statistical methodology for clinical development.

Requirements

• PhD or MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years (5+ for MS) experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical area for Sr. Manager.
• 5+ years (7+ for MS) experience for Associate Director role.
• Knowledge of FDA, EU, ICH guidelines preferred.
• Understanding of drug development.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Enjoy working on a cross-functional team.
