For our Planning Excellence team, we are looking for an experienced Partner who will help us make our clients fit for the future.

In Short

• You will develop our presence in Supply Chain Management together with the leadership team.
• You will manage teams of Supply Chain Consultants, drive innovative topics focusing on digitalization, and support the expansion of our Subject Matter Expertise.
• You will design tailored service offerings in Supply Chain Management for our clients.
• You will drive business development activities using your extensive SCM network, uncover new market potentials, and bring our offerings to the attention of new clients, especially in the DACH market.
• You will lead sales activities throughout the entire sales cycle, represent our portfolio, and create individual proposals that show our clients how we can help them.
• You will lead large client projects and play a key role in solving strategic challenges in Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM, and Sales & Operations Planning, e.g., in developing planning processes or a Target Operating Model, and communicate at the C-level.

Requirements

• You have a completed diploma/master's degree, for example, in business administration, economics, and/or engineering.
• You are an expert in Supply Chain transformations and can translate your knowledge into solutions for our clients with passion.
• You have successfully led complex Supply Chain transformation projects in your several years of consulting experience – software knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP is particularly interesting, as well as other providers we frequently interact with, such as Kinaxis, o9, and OMP.
• You excel in analytical skills and are an excellent process and project manager.
• You are passionate about business development and can recognize and utilize market potentials.
• You are authentic and know how to build trusting relationships and communicate respectfully at all hierarchy levels.
• You are a true people leader and can lead, coach, and develop an engaged, passionate team.
• You can communicate convincingly and confidently in both German and English.
