Overview

As the Technical Product Manager, Integrations for Ascend—our flagship omnichannel engagement platform—you will own the strategy and delivery of scalable, reusable integrations that power seamless experiences for healthcare professionals and pharma partners.

In Short

• Define and evolve the integration strategy for Ascend’s platform.
• Translate technical requirements into a prioritized roadmap.
• Partner with engineering to design and deliver integrations.
• Ensure integration initiatives move from concept to launch.
• Maintain awareness of evolving interoperability standards.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand integration needs.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to expand Ascend’s ecosystem.
• Define success metrics for integration rollouts.
• Ensure all integrations align with healthcare regulatory standards.
• 5+ years of product management experience required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success managing platform-level integrations.
• Hands-on familiarity with SSO and API-driven integrations.
• Strong understanding of interoperability standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Nice to have: prior experience with CRM/ERP integration.
