Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, Ascend—our flagship platform—you will drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring the 'Right Channeling' approach connects healthcare providers to relevant brand resources.

In Short

• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Ascend’s omnichannel engagement platform.
• Translate market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into a clear and prioritized roadmap.
• Stay ahead of trends in HCP engagement and digital health to ensure innovation and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Drive product initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of HCP and pharma stakeholder needs through research and feedback.
• Champion user experience to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Partner with commercial and sales teams to shape features and define success metrics.
• Identify and validate monetization opportunities while balancing revenue growth with user experience.
• Ensure product experiences align with ethical standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital health technologies or advertising and media technologies.
• Proven success driving product strategy and delivery for complex platforms.
• Familiarity with HCP engagement workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Nice to have: experience with CRM integration or data privacy frameworks.
