In Short

  • Plan and run growth experiments for sign-ups, conversions, retention, and revenue.
  • Create hypotheses and define success metrics for experiments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Analyze experiment performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Maintain a structured experimentation roadmap.
  • Document learnings and share updates with teams.
  • Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Manage multiple experiments simultaneously.
  • Communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Embrace continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • Understanding of media buying and growth funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Looker).
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Knowledge of key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention).
  • Experience launching experiments across user journeys.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
