Overview

As the Senior Manager of Natural Language Processing (NLP) at IMO Health, you will lead a team at the forefront of our business roadmap, driving the development and integration of cutting-edge NLP and GenAI solutions.

• Define and execute a strategic vision for NLP and GenAI at IMO.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing & AI.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing NLP or data science teams.
• 5+ years in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
• Proven experience applying LLMs and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong expertise in distributed/scalable system development.
• Proficiency in MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience managing global teams and fostering high-performance cultures.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
