Mental Health Therapist (New York Licensed) - Remote

In Short

• Hiring a licensed adolescent clinical therapist to support pediatric patients.
• Provide therapy and consult with schools and medical providers.
• Collaborate with a medical team and families for behavioral health support.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and evidence-based teletherapy.
• Experience with children with severe persistent mental illness is critical.
• Document visits in electronic medical records.
• Must be available in the evening and after school hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Fully remote with 10% travel for training/education.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related area.
• Must be licensed to practice in New York (LCSW preferred).
• 1-2 years’ experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Certification in evidence-based modalities.
• Experience with high-risk behavioral health populations.
• Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
• Telehealth experience.
• Familiarity with electronic health records.
