Finance and HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Finance and HR Coordinator will manage and support processes across accounting, finance, HR, and investment/grant activity, contributing to the impact and culture of Imaginable Futures.

In Short

• Assist in reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Work with external accounting partners on transaction recording.
• Manage vendor invoice payments and employee expense reports.
• Support HR functions including onboarding and benefits administration.
• Conduct due diligence in grant-making processes.
• Execute contract administration for grants.
• Perform data entry related to employee records.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws.
• Participate in team meetings and training.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and relevant industry experience.
• Prior finance and HR administration experience preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce.
• Reliable high-speed internet access required.
