Overview

As a Data Analysis Intern at Tencent Games, you will support the analytics team in analyzing player behavior, game performance, and business metrics to help elevate third-party studios' potential.

• Analyze player behavior and game performance metrics.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Support A/B testing initiatives for game optimization.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science or related field.
• Familiarity with SQL and large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with Excel for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for video games and player behavior understanding.
• Effective communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
