Tax Specialist - Paris - Remote

Overview

The company ILIAD is a major telecommunications player in Europe, and we are looking for a Tax Specialist to strengthen our tax team, reporting to the Group Tax Director.

In Short

• Manage corporate tax and compliance issues at the group and French subsidiaries level.
• Handle tax audits and disputes, primarily in France.
• Work on legal reorganizations.
• Assist accounting and legal teams with technical tax questions.
• Analyze operational tax issues such as withholding tax and VAT.
• Implement rules related to Pillar 2 and CbCr.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Produce reliable analyses for management.
• Stay updated on tax news.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in taxation.
• Advanced degree in taxation or related field.
• Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specialized tax software.
• Experience in a law firm preferred (Big 4 or specialized firms).
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and capable of producing independently.
• Comfortable with technical and concrete subjects, including French accounting standards.
• Interest in the operational functioning of a group.
