iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated German Payroll Specialist who wants to deliver the German payrolls for a range of international clients to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

• Deliver accurate and compliant German payrolls for assigned global clients.

• Develop knowledge of German statutory processes and deadlines.
• Work closely with the implementation team for new client payrolls.
• Manage client escalations and problem resolution.
• Experience in a multi-client payroll environment.
• Desirable experience with DATEV Software.
• Multilingual with German and Business English.
• Intermediate to high Excel skills.

• Minimum 2 years of German payroll experience.
• Proven track record in payroll delivery.
• Competent with German payroll complexities.
• Compliant with German legislation.
• Experience with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Experience in a service delivery environment.
• Ability to manipulate data in Excel.
