Overview

The Training Operations/Finance Specialist role at IFS UK involves providing operational and financial services to support the growing demand for IFS Institute programs.

In Short

Reports to the Operations Manager, IFS UK.
Provides operational and financial support for IFS programs.
Engages with the IFS UK team and community.
Supports alignment of systems between IFS UK and the global organization.
Ensures high customer service for training staff and participants.
Manages administrative systems and record keeping.
Collaborates with internal teams to support program delivery.
Requires strong IT skills in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Experience in managing financial requirements is essential.
Flexible work hours may be required.

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
High proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience using AI for administrative efficiency.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer care skills.
Proficient in hosting Zoom meetings.
Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
