We are a market research institute that specializes in international surveys in the business sector. We survey business partners in North and South America, Asia, Africa and, of course, throughout Europe.

• For an exclusive customer satisfaction survey in China, we are looking for interviewers who are fluent in Mandarin.
• Our client is a well-established German company.
• Project start: End of March / beginning of April 2025.
• Duration: 6 weeks until mid-May 2025.
• Hourly wage: 14.00 euros.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin / ideally a native speaker.
• Knowledge of German or English.
• Enjoy telephoning and dealing with people.
• A friendly and winning telephone voice.
• Clear pronunciation.
• A confident telephone manner.
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability and commitment.
• Good basic PC skills.
