• Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes.
• Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions.
• Lead capacity planning and architecture design.
• Assist in communicating Microsoft program strategy to management.
• Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of Microsoft solutions.
• Develop and perform testing for Microsoft solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions.
• Focus on AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup.
• Experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus.
