Overview

ICF seeks a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Salesforce implementation project for the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), leveraging Agile methodology and ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Requirements

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools.
• Understanding of federal government security standards.
• Experience with federal government clients, especially DHS or DoD.
• Familiarity with Salesforce functionalities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in user training or technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to multitask effectively.
