Analyst - International Investor Relations - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to join the International Investor Relations team with a focus on the Canadian market. This role will help maintain and expand relationships with banks, independent wealth managers, dealers, and family offices across Canada.

In Short

• Assist financial advisors and wealth managers with onboarding processes.
• Guide clients on capital calls, distributions, and reporting.
• Provide ongoing client support via phone and email.
• Support high-profile fund managers in their fundraising efforts.
• Provide dedicated coverage of client accounts.
• Work closely with fund administrators on capital activity.
• Ensure client satisfaction with “white glove” service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of Fundserv and Canadian fund structures is a plus.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
