International Consultant - Organisational Design and Implementation - Remote

Overview

The International Consultant will provide strategic HR support to East and Southern Africa Country Office teams, focusing on organisational design, change management, recruitment, and career coaching.

In Short

• Provide strategic HR support across various HR business processes.
• Act as an agent of change for Country Offices.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and separation processes.
• Facilitate change management and communication with stakeholders.
• Support organizational design processes and career coaching.
• Monitor compliance with UNFPA Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct interviews and manage selection processes.
• Document good practices for regional sharing.
• Travel to Country Offices as needed.
• Deliver work outputs electronically and in-person.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in organisational design and change management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of UNFPA HR Policies is an asset.
• Experience with international development organizations is beneficial.
• Strong conceptual abilities and sound judgment.
• Robust drafting ability and resilience.
