Communications and Outreach Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Communications and Outreach Consultant will work remotely to develop communication and educational materials that promote ethical standards within ICAO.

In Short

• Lead the development of awareness-raising and communication materials.
• Design and deliver effective communication products.
• Improve messaging on the Ethics Office webpages.
• Support training programs on ethics and standards of conduct.
• Research best practices in communication strategies.
• Work under the supervision of the Ethics Advisor.
• Submit regular reports as per the consultancy contract.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree in communication, ethics, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in communication or training.
• Experience in visual communications design and production.
• Proficient in graphic design software like Publisher and InDesign.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• High standards of ethics and integrity.
• Project and time management skills.
• Knowledge of UN ethics and standards of conduct.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other UN languages is a plus.
