Overview

Join our dynamic Clinical Education Team for interventional therapy (IGT)! The role of a Clinical Education Specialist mainly involves conducting and coordinating training on GE HealthCare's IGT products, both on-site at hospitals and remotely using digital methods.

In Short

  • Conduct high-quality application training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE Healthcare devices.
  • Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications together with sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager.
  • Document training, site visits, and customer interactions according to local work instructions.
  • Maintain good after-sales relationships and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Promote relevant differentiators based on clinical needs of customers.
  • Develop and continuously improve a network of Key Opinion Leaders within the region.
  • Support trade shows/workshops/show-sites/customer visits as needed.
  • Support the use of digital tools and the digital transformation of Clinical Education.
  • Travel approximately 70% of the time for customer site visits.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional languages like French or Italian being a plus.

Requirements

  • Degree as a certified radiologic technologist or biomedical technician with active clinical/technical certifications.
  • Proven experience in invasive procedures (e.g., catheterization lab/interventional radiology).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Valid driver's license for Germany, Class B.
  • Experience in conducting training and knowledge of GE HealthCare products is ideal.
