Overview

The Biomedical Equipment Technician 2 (BMET 2) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and performing repairs and planned maintenance on complex biomedical equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Requirements

• Compliance with background checks and customer access policies.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Willingness to enhance technical knowledge through training.
