Senior Finance Manager - Insurance - Remote

Overview

This role is with ERAC, Employers Reassurance Corporation, a corporate holding of GE Aerospace, focusing on driving technical accounting compliance and operational excellence in financial reporting.

In Short

• Prepare quarterly and annual SAP and GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate internal reviews and regulatory filings.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 6 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification is desired.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proven project management skills.
• Familiarity with OSFI regulatory reporting and IFRS is a plus.
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
