Overview

A reputable Quant Trading business is currently seeking Quantitative Traders with a proven track record in live trading who are interested in managing their own desk with associated P&L responsibilities.

• Manage your own trading desk with P&L responsibilities.
• Research and develop trading strategies.
• Implement and execute trading strategies.
• Automate trading strategies where feasible.
• Demonstrable profitable track record in cryptocurrency trading.
• Passionate about quantitative trading strategies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto strategies.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Golang, Matlab, or R.
• Algorithmic trading experience required.
• Open to various trading backgrounds including HFT.

Requirements

• Demonstrable profitable track record in cryptocurrency trading.
• Passionate about developing quantitative trading strategies and deriving insights from large datasets.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, managing and running crypto strategies, particularly in mid to long-term strategies, CTA, Systematic, Prop, and would be open to exploring HFT backgrounds too.
• Strong coding skills essential — 3 to 5 years of experience in Python, Golang, Matlab, or R required.
• Algorithmic trading experience required — whether from personal or professional backgrounds.
