• Manage the operations team and collaborate with R&D and marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in DeFi, blockchain, or project management.
• Proven experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Proficient in Web2/Web3 user growth methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DeFi, blockchain, consulting, market research, or project management.
• Proven work experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Proficient in at least one comprehensive Web2/Web3 user growth methodology.
• Experience in B2C product operations, preferably in Vault, DeFi, or Bridge products.
• Experience in driving growth for Memecoin projects is a plus.
• Proficient in database operations and using data for growth strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to excel in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.
