In Short

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
• Design, code, and maintain parts of the product and drive customer adoption.
• Work with structured and unstructured (text) data, performing extensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
• Develop and validate statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Utilize Python and relevant open-source libraries for data processing, visualization, and predictive modeling.
• Run and fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP tasks (preferred but not mandatory).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and product development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science).
• Strong programming skills in Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with text data processing (e.g., NLP, regex, tokenization) is a plus.
• Prior exposure to open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong scripting and test automation abilities.
