Media Buyer - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to take full ownership of Meta Ads campaigns for local business clients (primarily painting companies) across North America. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-obsessed environment and knows how to drive real results through structured campaign management.

In Short

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for high-ROAS outcomes.
• Collaborate with the founder and internal team on strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution.
• Test new creative angles, offers, hooks, and ad copy to drive results.
• Set up and manage client accounts using GoHighLevel and internal tracking tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance in real time.
• Help build and document structured SOPs to scale campaign delivery across clients.
• Proactively communicate performance insights, ideas, and improvements in a fast-moving agency environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in media buying and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar tools is a plus.
