Freelance Amazon Performance Analyst - Remote

We at hurra.com are a leading performance marketing agency focused on data-driven growth. Together with a fast-growing online shop in the beauty segment, we want to take our Amazon business to the next level and are looking for you as a Remote Amazon Performance Analyst (Freelance Position).

In Short

• Steering & optimization in the Amazon ecosystem.
• Planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of data-driven strategies in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Optimizing core KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, ACOS, revenue, etc.) with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or internal BI solutions.
• Conducting competitive analyses on Amazon (keyword research, price benchmarks, trend observation).
• Structured analysis and interpretation of performance data for decision-making.
• Developing and implementing optimization strategies to link Amazon SEO and Amazon Advertising effectively.
• Creating and optimizing high-quality product listings while considering brand standards.
• Conducting A/B tests and deriving strategic recommendations.
• Collaborating with analysts, project managers, and marketing teams.
• Active participation in the strategic direction around Amazon analytics and advertising.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the Amazon environment (Seller or Vendor Central), focusing on data-driven optimization.
• Solid knowledge in Amazon SEO & PPC, ideally with proven successes in both areas.
• Strong analytical mindset: formulating hypotheses, systematically testing them, and deriving data-based solutions.
• Experience with AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper.ai) and enthusiasm for their use in content creation.
• Project management skills: taking responsibility and driving projects independently.
• Strong communication skills & team spirit: explaining complex issues clearly and working well with various stakeholders.
• High initiative & independence: actively contributing, recognizing potentials, and implementing them.
• Negotiable German language skills and good English skills.
• Remote experience: accustomed to working independently and valuing a virtual team culture.
• Important: A residence outside of Germany is required for this position.

Benefits

• Compensation based on your experience and agreed hours.
• Approx. 40-80 hours per month.
• Approximately 1,000 – 2,500 EUR per month.
• Individual arrangements are possible.
