Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimise our Shopify Plus online store, ensuring high performance and growth.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of online store operations on Shopify.
• Coordinate production of SEO optimised product descriptions.
• Oversee monthly price specials and product launches.
• Optimise product imagery and marketing assets.
• Track sales and produce monthly performance reports.
• Audit customer journey and site for issues.
• Manage shipping platforms and carrier rules.
• Build and refine backend automations using Flow.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance trends.
• Document processes and create SOPs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Shopify experience.
• High attention to detail in product data accuracy.
• Experience with image editing tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Knowledge of Flow, Klaviyo, and Starshipit.
• Commercial mindset and data-driven approach.
