Overview

The Technical API Product Manager will support Humana’s Unified API Catalog with a focus on fostering API adoption, reuse, analytics, and driving education initiatives.

In Short

• Assist in creating presentations and product/platform roadmaps related to API adoption.
• Support the overall strategy of Humana's Enterprise API portfolio.
• Analyze API performance metrics for business alignment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define enterprise API requirements.
• Create and manage API analytics dashboards.
• Develop training programs for internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for API consumers.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and privacy teams.

• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical product experience with APIs.
• Technical background in enterprise integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated and task-oriented.
