In Short

• Set up, start, adjust, and shut down production machines safely and efficiently.
• Stand and walk around production equipment; lift cases of finished products up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain production and quality standards following standard operating procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with good eye/hand coordination.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed.
• Perform cleaning, sweeping, packing, and palletizing duties.
• Collaborate well with other production workers.
• Preferred education includes vocational training or a degree in Technical fields.
• 1-3 years of machine operator experience preferred.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Related education in Industrial/Manufacturing Skills is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficient computer skills.
• Experience with automated/computerized machinery.
• Industrial experience in skilled trades is a plus.
• Work experience in manufacturing factories or similar environments is preferred.
• Military experience is also valued.
