Requirements

• Trained in sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates.
• Experience in building diverse talent pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the tech industry.
• Passion for creating a welcoming environment.
