Contract Manager, Upmarket (DACH) - Remote

Overview

As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries and execution of renewals, while maximizing customer investment.

• Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes.
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Execute the contract renewal process with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, English, and ideally one other language.
• Healthy negotiation or sales experience.
• Passionate about creating a great customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior account management and/or customer retention experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
