In Short

• Develop 3D content: modeling, animating, texturing – Cinema 4D (or comparable) is your playground.
• Cinematic storytelling: you edit, style, and color grade. Adobe Premiere and After Effects are your tools.
• Build visual concepts: you bring ideas to form – from storyboards to the finished spot.
• Animation & Postproduction: Motion design is not just a buzzword for you, but a craft.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in film, 3D, or motion design – agency or studio experience.
• Tools: Very proficient in Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro. Nice to have: Redshift, DaVinci, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Cinematic eye: timing, image composition, color sense – you know what makes a good cut.
• Structure & Drive: self-responsible work, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Courage for ideas: you don’t take the easy path but the one that leaves a mark.
