Overview

The HRM Institute designs, organizes, and realizes trade fairs, expos, online conferences, and events focused on human resource management, recruiting, learning & development, staffing, and corporate fashion, serving as a hub for industry professionals.

In Short

• You will support customers and members.
• Plan initiatives and strategies for developing the HR community with the marketing team.
• Create and aggregate engaging content for the community and HRM_de portal.
• Responsible for member marketing and increasing member numbers.
• Activate members and organize events at HR trade fairs and expos.
• Develop partnerships and expand the customer portfolio.
• Manage the community budget.
• Report directly to management.

Requirements

• Ideally, a commercial education or a degree in business administration with a focus on HR, marketing, or event management.
• Experience in community management and/or HR is advantageous.
• A communication talent with the ability to inspire others.
• Independent, structured, and well-organized work style.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
