The Mixed Signal Design Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team in the development of ASICs for EOIR cameras, ensuring high-quality R&D prototypes while interfacing with key business functions.

• Strong knowledge in ASIC design and workflows.
• Familiarity with system modelling techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical tools.
• Experience with IR camera sensors and their applications.
• Track record in team building and change management.
• Ability to interface with customers on technical needs.
• Strong hands-on experience in chip testing and screening.
• Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
