Resident Project Representative - Remote

Overview

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a construction program graduate whose ideal goal is to be part of the design dream. In this position you will have the opportunity to put your education to effective use by assisting in budgeting/cost estimation, inspection, project oversight, and simple field testing.

In Short

• Field observation and inspection of infrastructure projects
• Conduct on-site construction observation and report issues
• Complete FAA required Construction Administration paperwork
• Conduct simple field testing of construction materials
• Use engineering tools to measure and verify construction quantities
• Understand project schedule and construction activities
• Maintain project budget and provide updates

Requirements

• AS or BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in construction (preferred)
• OSHA 10-hour certificate
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
