In Short

• Own inbound and outbound recruitment cycles for Customer Success Specialists.
• Source potential talents via headhunting and networking.
• Review CVs and hold behavioral interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to guide staffing.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Contribute to team and department-level OKR initiatives.
• Support onboarding and offboarding decisions.

Requirements

• Passionate about recruitment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an in-house recruiter.
• Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
• Strong market insights.
• Can-do attitude and inspires others.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating uncertain scenarios.
• Fluent in English.
• Available 40h/week.
