Overview

As a Project Realization Manager, you will take full ownership of the execution of biogas projects in Poland, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.

• Lead the full turnkey execution of biogas plant projects.
• Coordinate engineering activities and oversee technical documentation.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a managerial/project leadership role.
• Experience in delivering biogas plant projects on time.
• Technical university degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of Polish legislation.
• Established network in the Polish biogas market.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and risk management.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Driving license (cat. B).
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within Poland.
• Strong market reputation.
