We are seeking a skilled Sr Automation and IT Engineer to join our growing IT operations team, responsible for the operational health and effectiveness of our end user environment.

In Short

• Lead the automation of repetitive IT workflows using various tools.
• Provide technical support to end-users via multiple channels.
• Build and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support, systems administration or IT operations roles.
• 3+ years of experience with device management platforms.
• Proven experience supporting fully remote teams.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS systems.
• Expertise with UEM platforms such as Kandji and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Okta or similar identity provider platforms.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
