In Short

• Lead the deployment and operation of product infrastructure.
• Build, maintain and improve platform running in AWS.
• Implement scalable, secure, resilient cloud-native application platforms.
• Design and deploy improvements in development and deployment processes.
• Create Terraform modules and Crossplane compositions.
• Participate in project management and work allocation.
• Evaluate new technologies for automation and application hosting.
• Help create an effective documentation culture.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Must be eligible for US Federal Security Clearance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives effectively.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 is a plus.
• Creative and self-motivated.
• Detail and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of solution design.
