In Short

Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize conversions.
Track and analyze website traffic and marketing performance.
Develop lead generation campaigns to drive rental inquiries.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Work with leasing teams for seamless follow-up processes.
Monitor lead quality and conversion rates.
Support marketing automation and CRM integration.
Research and recommend new marketing tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
