In Short

• Support the sales team in daily operations
• Prepare and follow up on customer appointments
• Create and maintain customer documents and offers
• Communicate with customers and prospects via phone and in writing
• Eventually manage customers independently

Requirements

• Enjoy communication, organization, and personal exchange
• Quereinsteiger (career changers) are welcome – ideally with a background in pharmacies or healthcare
• First experiences in sales are an advantage but not a must
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive demeanor
• High self-motivation and the ability to contribute independently and results-oriented in a dynamic startup environment
• Hands-on mentality: You get things done easily
