Overview

This is a fully remote position where you will work from home while managing medical billing and collections for patients and guarantors.

  • Experience with cash posting and claims comprehension is essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

  • Follow all HIPAA and FDCPA regulations during collections.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year of experience in collections or related field.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills needed.
  • Ability to meet productivity standards.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with client systems and data entry.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (FDCPA, HIPAA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
