Senior Product Designer, Commerce - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join as a founding member of our new B2B vertical. This is a rare opportunity to build a new product from the ground up and shape the experience for an entirely new customer segment.

In Short

• Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then leverage both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features.
• Create simple, logical UI that makes complex workflows feel effortless.
• Balance user advocacy with business goals and technical constraints.
• Make smart tradeoffs between speed, learning, and competing priorities.
• Lead design reviews with external partners and build strong cases for design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design work and process.
• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Collaborates effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings.
• Shows strong judgment making data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics.
• Thrives as part of a founding team—scrappy, resourceful, passionate about solving real customer problems.
