• Responsible for designing best-in-class eCommerce B2B experiences.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to design intuitive solutions.
• UX design for B2B web products and new systems.
• Create UI design solutions for international expansion.
• Understand and empathize with Oura’s enterprise customers.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs.
• Translate complex products into simple user-friendly designs.
• Recommend UX/UI improvements based on data and user research.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain UX and brand consistency with creative teams.

Requirements

• Experience in UX and UI design, particularly in eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of B2B product design principles.
• Ability to create user-friendly and intuitive designs.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying findings.
• Proficiency in design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Empathy for diverse customer needs across sectors.
• Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Experience in maintaining brand consistency in design.
