Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in an advertising agency or recognized brand.
• High level of craftsmanship in design with experience leading visual systems.
• Mastery of Figma and Photoshop; fluent in Google Workspace.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Imaginative, collaborative, and curious.
• Optimistic outlook towards client revisions.
• Experience in building scalable templates and design systems preferred.
