• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Additional AAPC or AHIMA certification.
• Experience with risk adjustment technology solutions.
• Instructor certification through AAPC or AHIMA is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced team environment.
