Escrow Assistant - Remote

Overview

As an Escrow Assistant at Homeward Title, you will be responsible for processing escrow files from order opening to ensuring all information and documentation is obtained, which is necessary for the transaction's closing.

In Short

• Work independently on various transaction types, including cash, loan, and refinance transactions.
• Understand closing and title nuances across multiple states/markets.
• Open new escrow files and obtain necessary documentation for timely closings.
• Communicate effectively with real estate brokers, lenders, and escrow officers.
• Review title commitments for accuracy and completeness.
• Solve complex title issues with assistance from the escrow officer.
• Multitask and maintain focus under pressure.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
