Requirements

Minimum age: 18.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Weekend availability required.
Must pass a criminal and Oregon ORCHARDS background check.
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Comfortable with personal care tasks.
Experience with mobility/transfer equipment preferred.
Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus.
