As a Career Coach at Interview Kickstart, you will leverage your expertise to guide students through their career transitions and interview preparations, helping them succeed in landing positions at top tech companies.

In Short

• Teach classes on Career Transitions, Professional Branding, Behavioral Interviews, and Offer Negotiations.
• Conduct weekly office hours to support students.
• Assist students with Offer Negotiation and decision-making.
• Provide Networking Strategies.
• Advise on Interview and Recruiter Communication strategies.
• Work remotely and flexible hours.
• Help students achieve their career goals.
• Utilize strong communication skills.
• Bring experience in Technical Recruiting.
• Be proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience recruiting/hiring technical resources.
• Familiarity with MAANG Companies or Tier 1 Product Based Companies.
• Experience as a career mentor or performance coach.
• Availability for up to 10 hours per week.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
