Overview

We are looking for persistent individuals with a strong phone presence. No endless meetings, no office – just results, clear goals, and clean processes.

In Short

• Contact assigned leads (no random dialing)
• Goal: Schedule appointments for consultations
• Document interactions in Close CRM
• No pressure from above – your results speak for themselves

Requirements

• Experience in Cold Calling or Telesales
• Ambition, persistence, and clear communication
• Enjoy honest selling rather than scripted pitches
• Fluent in German, approximately 10 hours/week availability
